I was trying to get information on Federal Inmate Records for someone and it said I would have to pay $34.85 to obtain. I paid this thru Pay Pal, then was redirected back to the page where I could obtain this information. However, except for the person's name- the page was totally void of any information that was there before. I did find Pay Pal paid ClickBank as the merchant who received my money. They took the money and provided me with nothing.
