I made a purchase from Bloomex Australia and the service was disgusting. I cannot find out anything about my order. An online operator keeps informing that my flowers are delayed by 72 hours and keeps giving me generic responses. I have been trying to get in contact with their office, however, no one is answering. The service was absolutely ridiculous! If I do not receive my flowers by today, I will be reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading. There is no way of contacting the company. My house is literally 5 minutes away from their office and the online operator kept informing me that my order was stuck in traffic! Will my order be stuck in traffic for 72 hours? It was absolutely disgusting and frustrating! I would not even recommend them to my worse enemy!

  • I have to say I've used Bloomex a couple of times without incident. The flowers were fresh and delivered as promised. I can also say, without hesitation, that they were far and away the most reasonably priced. I did experience some difficulty contacting them by phone but was able to make a small change after the fact by using the online chat function on the website. All and all I would say I had a good experience and would use them again in the future. I did see that they had a Mothers Day deal thru Groupon that I would have liked to take advantage of after the fact but that's not their problem - it's mine. The nice thing is they do actually appear to have a facility actually located in Sydney - many online florist pretend to have a location and then just sell the order to a resentful local florist.
