I purchased a subway giftcard on 11/7/11 for $5 that was supposed to be worth $10. The card did not come. So I tried to contact the company but their phone number resulted in a machine with voicemail and no return calls. I tried to email but could not find an email address on their website. I believe I finally found an address and wrote a letter demanding a refund. I received the gift card in the mail a short time later. This whole process took several months. I finally remembered the gift card and tried to use it - but it is not activated. There is no money on the card. Still can't reach the company. I posted my complaint on their Facebook page but my complaint has been deleted, no response.
