I received an email stating that I had purchased a computer program in August, 2012 and that it was a scam. It noted that my personal information including credit card information was stolen - and included that personal information and recommended that I cancel the credit card. So far I have no damages, but it wanted me to respond to an email address - which I did not do.

I have reported same as above and email received from Andrew Schults
today to which I have not yet? responded. It is so difficult to decide what is genuine and what might well be another compounding scam -
