On the 1st March 2012 i purchased tickets for Cirque De Soleil through Tickets Official.Com. I was charged 178 euro for both tickets upper Tier. They then charged me an extra Euro 10.00 1-2.5% on my Debit Card. I was led to believe that this was the official ticket website for Cirque De Soleil. On top of that we had booked a hotel beside 02 Arena which cost us Euro 109.00 and then food also. My tickets arrived attached to my email which said TicketMaster on them. But the two tickets i received were for Euro 55.35 each under a different name. I sent email and they emailed me back with a rubbish excuse that it was something to do with demand. And that they were cancelled tickets - resold. i should have read their Terms and Conditions Blah Blah! It was so humiliating when the tickets were confiscated from me at the box office in the 02. I just could not believe what had just happened. I told the girl in the Box Office how much i paid for them and showed her the email from them. She said sorry it is a scam. They are ticket toutes. We were so upset as we were so looking forward to the show and the cost of the hotel on top of that, and neither of us are working and it was a treat. These people have to be stopped. I travelled 2 counties to get to the 02 on Friday Night. These people must get great pleasure from defrauding people and then letting the people that purchased them have to face people at the box office and for that to be said to them that they are not going to gain entry. I am going to my bank and the gardai about it. Good luck to everybody trying to get their money back - I doubt we ever will.
