I booked two tickets for the Anre Rieu concert 31/12/11 in Newcastle and was chrage\ 245 GBP when the tickets arrived they cost 160GBP this money was taken out of my account immediately even though I was told it would only be taken out 10 days before the concert.Why was I charged an extra 85 pounds?
