applied for a stupid pay day loan to get through tought times. The company I decieded to go with was legit and I spoke to someone to verbally confirm I am letting them draft from my account. I checked my bank account this morning and saw a check for $30.00. The check # was 3333. That was the first red flag I am nowhere near that check number in my check book. The next thing I noticed was the check image had anote on the "check" that SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED. Memo says Customer auhorization obtained 4/17/2012 - Payday Advance Enrollment - (866_ 789 4025). I called the number and it rang once and went busy. On the back of the check image it says
Pay to the order of Wells Fargo
for deposit only

it also says lower on the back of the check

I NEVER EVER went into a deal with this company, I am on my way to my bank right now to dispute this and I will be following up to make sure I get my money from this fradulent "company" that is stealing people's money.
Not happy it happend, but glad I am not the only one. Lets take these bastards DOWN!
