I signed up for the trial price of £3.99, then went on holiday and was made aware upon my return they had taken a further £64.90 after 14 days. I called immediately and spoke to customer service, spoke to someone called Lisa who informed me the account was stopped I also sent two emails cancelling the product. I then noticed they had taken a further £69.90 a month later and called customer service and spoke with Lisa again and she claimed she couldn't understand what had happened, and i hadn't even received any further product. If and when I recveive it I have to pay the shippimng costs myself to return it....DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE OF THE BIGGEST LENGTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
