Craigslist listed Chuck with shed sales for a barn type shed. I signed what I thought was a contract with Kevin Shook and paid my deposit of $675.00. Unfortunately, since I am in the military and travel alot it was difficult to set up a time. We would set times and they one or the other couldn't make it. I finally got a clue when the stories continued and I made a statement that I was notifying him in writing I wanted my refund. As of early April I have not been able to reach him by mail or email. I will pursue whatever avenues possible to have my money returned from this thief. I will go to small claims in his hometown if I have to. A matter of principle.
