I received a call from a man saying he was from the microsft server company, that my computer had red alert viruses and that it was about to crash. He also told me that the company that had serviced me for the past three years was a scam. I panicked and gave him and the supervisor he passed me on to my credit card authorization for $196. He told me his name was Roger William and to call him back at 206 925 3801. The company number was 347 468 9607. When I tried to call them back there was no answer. I then realized it was a scam. I cancelled my credit card and read other reports of the same deception. I am making a report to the police.
