On 2/17/2012 I was surfing the internet and saw this deal for the CGI-Ginaleskinpeel for $2.99 trial period. I place that order, but never received it. I called the customer service for the company at 877-627-9488. The representative stated that seeing that I did not received the package he will extend the trial period until 3/30/2012. I checked my account and notice another amount for $2.99 was taken out again for another shipment. I called again and they stated that a ticket will be open and the cooperate office will get in touch with me within 48 hours. On 3/19/2012 I received an e-mail stating that a refund return to my account for a purchase took place on 2/29/12 at 0214 hrs a.m. I never made a that time in the morning. Who in their right mind to make a purchase that time of the morning. On 3/22/2012 a credit of $2.99 was return to my account. I called the customer service again on 3/31/2012 at 1006 hrs and speak to Richard. He stated that he cannot refund any money to my account and he will open another ticket. Richard was very rude because I want the company to stop taking money out of my account. He became verbally aggressive and I asked to speak to his supervisor. He placed me on hold and a few minutes later a male who claimed his name is Franklin and identified himself as the supervisor. I told him what was going on and that how can I be charged for a product that I never received in the mail. He then give me a tracking number for the package (9102921841001034862982). Franklin told me if I locate the package and return it I will get back the amount of $159.95. I asked him to reassure me and he stated "yes you will get your money back once we received the package." I went to the post office and the package was there because it was delivered to the wrong mail box. I paid for the postage certified mail back to the company. The tracking # is 70110470000058812525. I checked if the company received the package, which they did on April 03, 2012.
Today April 10, 2012 I called the customer representative again and speak to a male who states his name is Robert. He said that the notes in the computer states that I should not get any payment back. HE stated that the the person I spoke to on 3/31/2012 is not a supervisor. Robert stated that all phone calls are recorded and the company who is responsible to refund my money is CGI-Enterprises. Because of the monies this company took out of my account, I had to pay a overdraft fee of $34.00. This company is refusing to refund my money back. there are so many other people have been scammed by this company.
