  On 01/16/2013 at 10:10AM PST I dialed (800) 872-7245 to contact Amtrak. Charlotte answered my call initially and I fully informed her of Amtrak's public profile on Scambook along with the current unresolved customer complaint. Charlotte escalated my call to a customer relations supervisor named Brandi. I fully informed Brandi of all of the previous information I shared with Charlotte. Brandi did not seem to really care about the posted complaint and stated she was unable to do anything. Brandi did state I could mail a letter to Amtrak's corporate office and I might receive a response from Amtrak via mail in about 8 - 10 weeks. I stated to Brandi that I was not looking for an answer directly but I was hoping to connect Amtrak to the compliant so that they may reach out to the consumer directly via Scambook in hopes of offering resolution.
