  On 10/31/2012 at 9:57am PST, I contacted MaxSBHelp.com by dialing (866) 673-8813. My call was answered by Robert. I asked Robert for an update regarding my email sent to [email protected]. Robert was unable to provide any details to my inquiry so he transferred my call to his supervisor Mary. I explained that I have spent nearly a month trying to speak with a proper representative of MaxSBHelp.com regarding the Scambook profile. She said that MaxSBHelp will never answer my email due to the nature of the email. I explained that MaxSBHelp would value from the knowledge of the profile and my concern that when I attempted to visit the website using my web browser I received the following warning: "maxsbhelp.com contains content from denbil.com, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site."Mary informed me that MaxSBHelp did not care about that alarming warning and would not help me further.
