Unauthorized withdrawal of $39.95. I have never heard of this company before in my life. I tried calling and it just put me on an infinite hold, and kept redirecting me to their website. I did the live chat and the "person" could not explain what their company does. They said they provide customer service to over 3,000 companies but couldn't name a single one. They kept asking me for my credit card number and zip code to "look up my account". An account for what? They said they don't sell anything, they just provide a service to companies, so why would they be charging my account. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Call you bank right away if this company shows up on your account.
