  9/11/13 at 1:10 AM PST Scambook called JustEnergy at 1-877-494-1245 and spoke with a rep name Anastasia. She mentioned without an account number there is nothing she can do to verify the credit of $375 has been issued. With that said, she mentioned the consumer can call 866-587-8674 and press 0 which will take them directly to a CSR. The consumer will then have to request their billing history either vie mail or email which will have the credit noted on it. Unfortunately the rep mentioned in most cases, they will not issue the credit until the balance is payed ($74.01).In any case, Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.
