  • As in all shopping done on the internet,you can't see what you have bought till you get it..Out of 5 of my orders from Bargain Dollar I was completely unhappy with 1..1 I was some what unhappy with..I can deal with it..It was $12.00.. And the other 3 pair of earrings was made of great Quality 2 pairs the stones color was lighter color than they have been, but they are beautiful..So I am happy with those..And yes I will shop Wisely again at Bargain Room.

  • I want to thank Jack at Bargain Room for working with me in the last 2 weeks on getting my earrings returned and my money 100% refunded to me. He also apologized in the delays of anyone being able to assist me and for any inconvenience it caused me. Jack was very polite and very fun to talk to in some our emails. I have no further issues with Bargain Room they have done what they said they would do as my Return called for.
    Also on Facebook I see them answering more Customer complaints and assisting.They also get very involved with the customers there and that is fun and makes you want to be there. As I have bought other items from them and they were of good Quality!

  • I also have told you that I took them to my personal Jeweler and his exact words was They are the Poorest Quality of Jewelry that he has ever seen in his years of business. Along with having a loose diamond!! Other people that baught the same earrings descibed them on the facebook page as looking like something you would buy out of a bubble gum machine.So there is a serious problem with your staff getting in touch with customers such as myself on returns. I am not the only one,It has been all over the Facebook page.You guys come in see all the bad and delete that and then start barring all those people from posting in there.I have watched that room non stop since Friday Night basicly.So there are excuses I have done my part of what I am suppose to do.
    Thank you.It is Christmas, I am not able to get and go shopping like most so I turn to the computer to do mine and then I am taken advantage of like this is unexceptable by all means.And the way that some of your staff talks to people on facebook is very unprofessional,that I have seen her this past few days.Do I believe you are Lagit? No.. Now your Web Site is showing encrypted as well,on everyones computer. This is just more proof of a Scam.And False advertisement of previous prices before the price cut!! And the Quality is Horrible,I know I have recieved 3 of my 5 orders now.

  • I sent many messages to your staff and placed many attempts on facebook complaining as well did many others. And in doing so, all my post was deleted and then I was barred from posting in there on Saturday. So I have done these steps as your instructions as on numerous times thru the website and on FaceBook.

    I'm sorry that you are frustrated with our $1 Bargain promotion. I can assure you that 100% of our $1 Bargains have been won by actual customers and all have/will be shipped out. Our tech team monitors every $1 Bargain for scripts and bots. The average $1 Bargain has been selling out in about 20 seconds, so you definitely have to be very quick. You can store your address by going to the "My Account" page and clicking "Saved Addresses" which should get your checkout time down. Due to the number of complaints we received about our current format, we are changing the $1 Bargain to a raffle system some time next week. This will give all users an equal chance to win and not reward the fastest typers. I'm confused about your reported $1,000 in damages since the $1 Bargain is totally free to participate in.   • We have ordered numerous items from BargainRoom.com, and have been very pleased. The jewelry we took and had it apprasied, and everything was exactly like they stated on their site. The 1/2 caret diamond earrings, and watches, and necklaces, were all good quality. We ordered 7" Pandigital Tablet, and it was missing the directions, and they refunded back some of the money plus sent another tablet and two sets of instructions. So we have been very pleased. Every time we have contacted them, they have responded promptly. The only thing we do not like is the $1Deals. We have yet to get even a ticket number, on that. So no matter how well planned they thought that was, it's not working! So I do not know if that is legit or not, because we have had no luck with that.
