Also on Facebook I see them answering more Customer complaints and assisting.They also get very involved with the customers there and that is fun and makes you want to be there. As I have bought other items from them and they were of good Quality!

Thank you.It is Christmas, I am not able to get and go shopping like most so I turn to the computer to do mine and then I am taken advantage of like this is unexceptable by all means.And the way that some of your staff talks to people on facebook is very unprofessional,that I have seen her this past few days.Do I believe you are Lagit? No.. Now your Web Site is showing encrypted as well,on everyones computer. This is just more proof of a Scam.And False advertisement of previous prices before the price cut!! And the Quality is Horrible,I know I have recieved 3 of my 5 orders now.
I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your order. Fortunately, all jewelry sold on our site has a 30 day return policy (no questions asked). Please submit a ticket to support and they will give you the address to ship your product back to for a full refund.

I'm sorry that you are frustrated with our $1 Bargain promotion. I can assure you that 100% of our $1 Bargains have been won by actual customers and all have/will be shipped out. Our tech team monitors every $1 Bargain for scripts and bots. The average $1 Bargain has been selling out in about 20 seconds, so you definitely have to be very quick. You can store your address by going to the "My Account" page and clicking "Saved Addresses" which should get your checkout time down. Due to the number of complaints we received about our current format, we are changing the $1 Bargain to a raffle system some time next week. This will give all users an equal chance to win and not reward the fastest typers. I'm confused about your reported $1,000 in damages since the $1 Bargain is totally free to participate in.
