I placed a order for a pair of 14 carat white gold 1/2 carat diamond earrings. When I recieved the earrings I was devastated. The diamond was loose kinda wiggly in one earring and they looked completely fake, nothing like the earrings that I seen on the webpage when I place my order.I got on the computer and started looking for ways to find out how to return the earrings.Well apparently it is very hard to do so or to get a response from them.
I took the earrings to my local Jeweler and I told him what the earrings was suppose to be and he told me at least there not fake, but they the poorest Quality of earrings that he has ever seen. The diamond is so cloudy the CZ is looks more real.I am so disgusted. I also received a earlier pair of earrings that I ordered where the aquamarine stone was lite it looked completely clear. They also looked nothing like the earrings shown on the website.
I now waiting for 2 more pairs of earrings in the mail and am very scared at what Quaility they will surprise me with. There have been many Complaints made at BargainRooms Facebook about defected merchandise.speaking of purses with the straps put on upside down and a defective Coby 7 inch Kyros Tablet and much more.As well as items not been shipped and the staff not answering us when we ask them about our problems and orders and so forth. I am not only speaking for myself but for others.

This claim covers 2 sets of earrings That I am very angry about I did fill out the ratings chart on both as they suggested and after this once I recieve all my merchandise from this company I will not be placing any more with them in the future.If I want low Quality items I can go to Family Dollar down the road or the Flea Market on the weekends. I don't need the internet for that.

    I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your order. Fortunately, all jewelry sold on our site has a 30 day return policy (no questions asked). Please submit a ticket to support and they will give you the address to ship your product back to for a full refund.

  • I sent many messages to your staff and placed many attempts on facebook complaining as well did many others. And in doing so, all my post was deleted and then I was barred from posting in there on Saturday. So I have done these steps as your instructions as on numerous times thru the website and on FaceBook.

  • I also have told you that I took them to my personal Jeweler and his exact words was They are the Poorest Quality of Jewelry that he has ever seen in his years of business. Along with having a loose diamond!! Other people that baught the same earrings descibed them on the facebook page as looking like something you would buy out of a bubble gum machine.So there is a serious problem with your staff getting in touch with customers such as myself on returns. I am not the only one,It has been all over the Facebook page.You guys come in see all the bad and delete that and then start barring all those people from posting in there.I have watched that room non stop since Friday Night basicly.So there are excuses I have done my part of what I am suppose to do.
    Thank you.It is Christmas, I am not able to get and go shopping like most so I turn to the computer to do mine and then I am taken advantage of like this is unexceptable by all means.And the way that some of your staff talks to people on facebook is very unprofessional,that I have seen her this past few days.Do I believe you are Lagit? No.. Now your Web Site is showing encrypted as well,on everyones computer. This is just more proof of a Scam.And False advertisement of previous prices before the price cut!! And the Quality is Horrible,I know I have recieved 3 of my 5 orders now.

  • I want to thank Jack at Bargain Room for working with me in the last 2 weeks on getting my earrings returned and my money 100% refunded to me. He also apologized in the delays of anyone being able to assist me and for any inconvenience it caused me. Jack was very polite and very fun to talk to in some our emails. I have no further issues with Bargain Room they have done what they said they would do as my Return called for.
    Also on Facebook I see them answering more Customer complaints and assisting.They also get very involved with the customers there and that is fun and makes you want to be there. As I have bought other items from them and they were of good Quality!

  • As in all shopping done on the internet,you can't see what you have bought till you get it..Out of 5 of my orders from Bargain Dollar I was completely unhappy with 1..1 I was some what unhappy with..I can deal with it..It was $12.00.. And the other 3 pair of earrings was made of great Quality 2 pairs the stones color was lighter color than they have been, but they are beautiful..So I am happy with those..And yes I will shop Wisely again at Bargain Room.
