i called this company and told them they charged my cc and they commited fraud. the lady says what is your card # and i will refund your money. Really? i said well you had my card already because you charged it. and i no longer have that card anymore and i went to the bank and filed fraud charges. She argues with me about it and says if you won't give me your card number how can i help you. i told her she helped enough and they are a fraudlent company and she hung up on me. go figure. this is a big scam! There number is 651-314-7115!

I called the number that another person posted and they wanted me to give them my card number so they could refund the charge. i told the lady she is nuts and i don't have the card anymore and i filed fraud on them, and she argues with me and i told her she charged my card once why do you need my card that i no longer have and she hung up on me. their number is 651-314-7115! this is a complete fraud

what do we do to stop this??does the bank give a refund after reported??i got scamed out of 10.04 from FB games so i removed my debit card from FB so sad we cant enjoy playing games without thiefs taking our $$$$

hello to all, if you have a direct express card, please check your account daily, most, the day before your funds go into the account. they appear to check the card the day fore, they also know the dates your funds go in by your last name. i am in florida, is anyone else from here having the same problem ?

Do you happen to use a Direct Express card? I am curious as there is another person and myself so far that I found are using it and it makes me wonder if its Direct Express or just mean people.Thanks and good luck.

Carol, this happened to me also and I use Direct Express as well,I am filling out the dispute papers and they advised me to file a police report.
I know what you mean about the fixed income,some months $10 is like a $1000 to other people! I hope all works out for you soon.

on 5/31/12 coolwebgames.com made unauthorized debit charges to my regions bank account for $10.82.....i am formally going to file fraud charges here in houston texas. in order to bring criminal charges against this false company i will need all the company info i can attain on them. anyone who knows anything please let me know...... thanks!

I used my visa in AC at the Pier at Victoria's Secret on Saturday, 5/26/12 and I had an unauthorized charge from COOLWEBGAMES.COM on 5/29/12 at 5.33pm. That was a great idea to state where we were so we can figure out if there is a pattern.
