this is the second time that i am being hacked. the first was for over 1,000.00 the bank is direct express i reported it to them after finding i did not have enough to pay my bill. i know that 10.95 is not a lot but to me that i live on a fixed income it is. i tried to contact coolwebgames.com but it seams that it is for sale and it is a group of many game sites all overseas, this is the same thing that happened before. please help stop them. carol weinstein

Carol, this happened to me also and I use Direct Express as well,I am filling out the dispute papers and they advised me to file a police report.
I know what you mean about the fixed income,some months $10 is like a $1000 to other people! I hope all works out for you soon.

- hello to all, if you have a direct express card, please check your account daily, most, the day before your funds go into the account. they appear to check the card the day fore, they also know the dates your funds go in by your last name. i am in florida, is anyone else from here having the same problem ?
