I have been calling company every thirty min no one could help m finally i got to talk to a supervisior named Amy, she assures me the money would be returned, today i called bank and my money was returned!!!!!

- This company makes up different rules to scam consumers every day. I called them on Monday, 7/30/12 and asked where my refund was (it was now 23 days since they received the returned item). Originally, I was told 10 to 20 days for a refund. Now, their excuse was that their system crashed and were not able to get into any accounts. I was told I should have my refund in 5 to 7 business days. This is preposterous! Especially since I received a refund on an item that was sent after this item was returned.
