to me
Hey there,
A man just bought it from me, however i can show you where I purchased it from. I picked up a couple of new ones on tryzdibby.com .We've been trying to sell them here and also on ebay to make additional cash.
Recently, not very many people have been bidding so it?s easy to win. The key is to bid only if the counter is at 3 secs so you win nearly every time. If I can do it right anyone can.
Best of luck
Sharon
This is not a forum to help customers or discuss refunds. You will need to contact BidCactus directly in order to have that addressed.
I responded to your original "complaint" as a courtesy and to get accurate and truthful information to you.
BidCactus is a penny auction website, and you join in auctions to attain items (versus buying outright). We will always be happy to assist, and will issue you a refund for any unused bids. Just contact us to do so.
Please contact BidCactus for a refund of your unused bids.

It sounds as if you don't understand how our website works, and would likely find it helpful to read both:

BidCactus never asks for any credit card or payment information unless a customer is purchasing bids.
The $79 charge you referenced is from an advertisement that first offered registration for an account. The second part of the ad offered new customers special (or reduced) pricing of $79 for 125 bids. Direct from the website 125 bids would have been $93.75, so you actually saved just over $14 by purchasing your bids through an advertisement.
BidCactus does not represent bidding as free. Please learn more by reading:

BidCactus is an online penny auction site where you can participate in live auctions while trying to score deep-discount bargains on your favorite products!
What are penny auctions?
BidCactus is a pay-per-bid site. To participate, you purchase bids ahead of time at a cost of $0.75 per bid, and use them to bid on auctions.
Each bid placed on an auction increases the price by one penny, and adds several seconds to the auction clock. (Please note: Bids placed at auction are not returned to you.)
The auction winner is the person who was last to bid when the clock reaches zero. The winner pays the low auction price for the item, plus any shipping costs.
Please read http://www.bidcactus.com/help/seal
If you were honest here you would share that the 85 bids you claim were "gone" were in fact REFUNDED to you.
You were provided a refund for the unused bids just as you asked when you contacted BidCactus.
Penny Auctions do require that customers buy bids in order to participate, but there is no "scam" involved in that.

Have you called BidCactus to ask for assistance or information? It sounds as though you don't fully understand the process. If you look at the website under "How it Works" there is a clear explanation of the auction clocks and their function.
BidCactus does not employ bidders; each bid cast in an auction comes from a registered customer.
