I went on craigslist to purchase a htc phone, they respond saying that they already sold it to someone else. They advise on where I can get it for cheap at Bidcactus.com. I tried it out by buying 30 bids for $22.50. I started to bid and realize the bid clock kepp adding on everytime someone bid. First I was mad because I couldnt win. I decided to buy a bigger bid pack, 100 bid for $75. This time I try to be smart and wait till the bid slow down. I still didn't win. This time I got a feeling that there's a bot working for the company to higher up the bid. I wish I have research about Bidcactus so I wouldn't have lost almost $100 for nothing. I feel bad for all the people that have lost so much. The main reason why I try this out because I also saw it on the news. THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND DON'T WASTE UR HARD EARN MONEY ON IT!!!!

Have you called BidCactus to ask for assistance or information? It sounds as though you don't fully understand the process. If you look at the website under "How it Works" there is a clear explanation of the auction clocks and their function.
BidCactus does not employ bidders; each bid cast in an auction comes from a registered customer. -

- It doesn't matter. I just lost $97.50 without receiving anything. Not worth my time to try again or spending more money if my chance of wining is slim or to win a small product that is worth nothing. I'm asking for refund and if you can't give me my refund then it tells me you don't care about customer service.
