I contacted the firm through email as was not able to get through on the phone as the phone numbers provided didn't seem to exist. They emailed me back saying that it was confirmed that i have cancelled my subscription and i shall not get charged for anymore. then 2days later i have the sum of 69.95usd taken out of my credit card when i havn't authorised this as my subscription was cancelled.
