Existe esta web. comollamaracuba.com el cual ofrece el servicio de llamada internacional a Cuba por hasta 0.28 centavos el minuto. de acuerdo al tiempo de llamada usado, supuestamente a traves de operadoras. La publicidad, comentarios de usuarios en dicha web desde luego es increible, pero en realidad ud. paga utilizando el servicio pay pal y no le ponen la llamada en el rango de tiempo que ellos han prefijado que es de hasta 4 horas. Desde el dia 5 que solicite el servicio estoy esperando. Lo cual demuestra que en realidad es una estafa
