Who ever did this overdrafted my account . I am disabled so I have to pinch pennies. I called the # on file with my bank & was told supposedly I signed up for Value Plus whatever that is . At no time did I sign up, publishers clearinghouse was the site I was on . This is just flat out a scam how dare you people tell me I'd have to fill out a form send it back in order to get my .$ back nothing as far as NSF fees are concerned. I want my $ money back in my account never did I give permission for it to be taken. It's not right I should have to jump thru hoops to get it back ! You people are a scam & have no right to just take peoples $!
