Sobelabs advertised their overexaggerated "wrinkle cream" on the internet & they would send sample to me if I paid them for shipping & handling, which came to approx $4. If I did not like I could return
sample within time period & they would cancel all future shipments.
However, they did charge me $83.70 on the order date plus S&H -
doing it under 2 separate transactions - one going thru a foreign exchange.

I returned their wrinkle cream within time period & asked for return of my money. Money was never returned. After writing them, they sent me a cancellation order (1317273) on Feb 3, 2011.

I had gone to my bank on Jan 20th & had them cancel out my card.
However on Feb 18th, they again debitted my new card for $83.70
and they continued to do this from Feb thru May - even tho I had
again cancelled my card with the bank & received a new one in May.

I notified Sobelabs that I had not received any mdse during those mos & I didn't want their product.

Bank refused to help, claiming that when I reported it 2nd time on May 17th that it was 2 days over the 60 day limit for reporting it.
