Just like other reviewers, I ordered shoes from Rios (in two separate orders of $27.90 each) only to find this is a scam site.
Firstly, I received no confirmation of order, then was unable to log back into the site and finally, no response to emails.
I involved Paypal and the scam continued with Rios providing a tracking number for a package they actually sent. Not shoes, but a kitchen sponge!!!
Paypal decided in my favour, instructing me to return the package, with internet tracking, and they would provide a refund. (This was only for one of the two orders.). Sadly the cost to return the item, with tracking, was over $20, making a farce of that suggestion.
I am awaiting results of my claim for the second order, BUT WHY HASN'T PAYPAL LOCKED THEM OUT?
