I bid for a phone on Feb 25, 2012. Not only did I not receive the phone, I was charged $89.99 on March 4 and again on April 3, 2012. I wrote them an e-mail to cancel after the first debit of USD 89.99 and received no response. When I noticed another debit of USD 89.99 plus $1.00 I tried calling them and luckily I got through to an agent and was able to cancel by paying a penalty of US$39.00. I was told that I had agreed to their terms and conditions and could not get a refund. I don't remember seeing any agreement or terms and conditions. I was also told that I had agreed for daily bids to be made and 9 bids had been made on my behalf. I was so outraged I decided to pay the penalty just to close the chapter and cut further losses. This is a blatant ridiculous scam considering no service was received at all and I did not receive the phone for which I paid $8.43 plus $1.00.
