I was told that Goliath had won a class action law suit against a scam company that took money from me to sell my timeshare. I was told that I would receive the money I had paid $987, if I would pay a $100 processing fee. I was told that I would receive the money before the processing fee would be collected to prove their legitimacy. The money was taken out of my account. I have never recieved the money that was promised and they will not return/answer phone calls.
