I ordered an item, it was supposed to be delivered in 7 days. 11 days later, I asked about the whereabouts of my item or a tracking number. I received a rude email saying that it had only been a few days since I ordered, and that it was being processed. The website indicated my order had not been shipped. Sent another email after 3 weeks of not receiving anything and the mangear representative told me to "grasp the concept of a business day." Wow...ORDER CANCELLED. He also told me the order shipped when in reality it hadn't shipped yet. So yeah, they lie as well. Don't do business with these jerks.

Paypal went ahead and reversed the fee for my item.
