I ordered shoes from the internet, did not received them and opened a dispute with paypal. PP-001-714-581-134 (complaint ID) --- Paypal says that the shipper showed proof of something being shipped to me, but I never received the item, an email, nothing. I did in the past week receive a strange package with a syringe shaped ink pen inside which had chinese markings on the package, I did not equate the two as I quickly threw the strange pen away. As I read the above posts I see that this must be what the seller is showing paypal as proof of shipment. This is a total scam. I cannot even find the website that I originally purchased from now, it is gone or moved to another address. Buyers beware!
