I also spock with the phone people at this compamy and did reach on them,I called many times and they called me back even,that's what made me fall for it.I got papers in the mail telling to call other companies and send money to them,WHAT????. This companies numbers where disconected or the one person I talked to said she knew nothing of what I was talking about but, her voice was the same as the telephone women I talked to at American. My lose of just that 40$ hurt me and the promises of makeing just a couple hundred dollars more a month broke my sprite. That extra money was to go to fighting my x-boy freind in court for my son back, see I was in a bad accident and in a nursing home for over 2yrs. and since that time til now I've seen my son 5 times. I really need the money for a lawery. They need to pay for what they are doing to people. The BBB isn't doing much about it but, finding an attorney to help out would be really nice because, you know that they are doing this to more me but, some poeple don't want others to know they got taken, I willing to stand up and to do the paperwork or what ever it takes to put this business out of business.
