I did the "free" trial with Freescore. I cancelled the service within 3 days...called customer service and was thanked by a very helpful associate who said "no problem and thank you for trying freescore, your membership is cancelled". I got my credit card statement and have been charged 14.95. When I called in to Freescore-they have no record of any previous phone calls, conveniently, but will cancel my membership now but not reverse the 14.95 charge. Kanika was less than helpful and was obviously trying to imply the error was on my part. This is a scam!
