TOPs technology is a private institute which provide many specialization course in IT field and at the time of admission they tell student if you pay triple amount of fees i.e 36000 than we will give you preplacement .But when student complete whole course they tell there is no vacancy we will call u but they do not give any interview call when student ask for returning their extra fees they start misbehaving.At the time of admission they give a appointment letter in which they do not mention time limit in which they provide job.They use pirated software for teaching student.
