I paid for the Platnium package plus extras. I watched the video on how to set up my Webpage, seemed easy to do, they said I could go back into my webpage to Edit at any time via Launchpad....This is where my problems started. BrainHost put my webpage on Google before I had time to Edit, so it looked terrible. So went to Login to Launchpad to Edit, wouldn't accept the Username or Password that BrainHost gave me. I contacted Support and they gave me several ways to try and fix the problem, I followed these suggestions, none worked. I must have had at least 30 Support tickets. My requests for a cancellation on my BrainHost account was ignored.............The bottom line is that I have given up and requested my Bank to send BrainHost a letter to return monies paid by me, in full, and not to deduct any other money, as the Goods and Services act was not upheld..........It appears I'm not the only person this has happened to!
