I ordered a CD that says it listed government grants....I paid $1.97 for the initial disk and once I put the Cd in my computer to see what the program was about, they charged my credit card $60.98 for a program that I did not sign up for or need..I tried calling the 800 number to speak with someone and they kept hanging up the phone and arguing with me...saying that they could not refund my money....I don't think that this is right and I don't know what to do about it.
