I have seen that I lost over $40 from a subscription to a website called " goldsupportcenter.com", but I never subscribed anything to it. On top of that I checked out all my emails and none of them works with this subscription and when i asked them some news they did not answer

Hi Luca - I have similar problem with debits to my bank "goldsupportcenter" for approx £25 per month - no idea what this is about - cannot find an account at goldsupportcenter.com
Have you had any sucess - would welcome any ideas about this. Thanks -

- Hi deuxglaces, the website helped me: they found out i had a membership with "originalhardcore.com" (even if i couldnt find it with my email account)... they found it out and blocked it for me, i hope they can do the same for you, too.

- thanks Luca - i've tried emailing from the website but not had a reply - cannot log in to cancel because I don't know what I've inadvertantly subscribed to - did you just email or did you have to call? thanks doug

- i just noticed that i also have these charges on my account for feb and march at $39.95 each and i did not sign up for any membership. this month however, i was not charged by them yet, but by hmchelp.com which has the exact same website just in a different color. did they actually stop charging you after you got in touch with them? what info did you need to give them, and did you call or email them? i would really appreciate any help you can give here.

I've now had the same thing - I've been billed by hmchelp but not goldsupportcenter - wtf? this is really getting me angry - have you found a way to stop the payments - they don't reply to my emails at all but you can't log on to the site either since I never received an email with so called "membership" details (for a site i never signed up to!) please help if you can! thanks -

- Guys, I have the same problem with this "goldsupportcenter.com", then I called them and they said they'll blacklist that freaking website for me but cannot do refund, I am just wondering how they got my infos at the first place. They started to charge me since feb this year and I had to pay for the two months which I am sure I didn't subscribe anything.

Hi Iron - seems we have experienced the same problem: like you I would like to know where or how they obtained my banking details!
Who did you call? I have emailed to both goldsupportcenter and to hmchelp via their respective websites but have never received an answer. Problem is that I'm in Europe not the US

Hi deuxglaces - Their number is 877-530-5164 (you might need to dial 1 before that since you're outside of the states).
At first I contact my bank and they gave me this number. I believe this "goldsupportcenter.com" is working with the porn site
which is based in Atlanta, Georgia. I called them 4 or 5 times until I could finally reach someone. They said the only thing
they could do is to cancel my membership (which I've never subscribe) and blacklist that website for me. But I'll keep a close eye on my next
month's bank statement if they continue to charge me then I will consider changing my credit card infos. Good luck! -
