Received email soliciting a work at home program showing how to make money setting up EBay stores. The only investment was the initial fee of $99.00. Before I finished reading the site an additional "upgrade fee was requested. I did not register for the upgrade. This afternoon received a call from a representative. Informed him I was not going to join Proadvantage90 and would be requesting return of my fee of $99.00 that I paid. He would not accept my decision to request a refund. I had to hangup on him. It is my understanding now that their additional costs for merchandise. Thank you, I'll try to get a refund via email Expect you will hear more from me.

Credit Card account has now been charged by Proadvantage90 for the $99.00 fee.
