I ordered a tv on March 10, 2012. I never received confirmation e-mail, never was contacted, my account on their website showed no purchase. I called them on the 12th, was told payment was declined, gave another form of payment. I asked for e-mail confirmation, was told ok, never received it. On the 14th, I called and asked for communication, was told payment was accepted, the tv was awaiting shipment. On the 16th I emailed and called, was told tv was still awating shipment, I asked if I could get a refund for waiting a week to ship, was told no, item would be shipping today. On the 19th, after no communication, I emailed and called again, was sent an e-mail with tracking number. Tracking status never changed on the company's website. On the 29th, I called and asked for a refund again because of no communication and the tracking info still said it was on the loading dock in New York City. Again I was told no, and was comped a three year manufacturer warranty and tv would be delivered on thurs or early friday.. On wednesday, the 28th, was given e-mail confirmation that my tv would be delivered friday between 5 and 9pm. I called and said I would be at work at that time, was told by the courier to leave work to receive it, I explained I would lose my job if I did that. Was then told to leave my door unlocked and the delivery drivers would leave it inside my house! I refused and was then told, very unkindly, that I would have to wait another two weeks for delivery and the guy hung up on me. I called tvszone's customer service number again, explained the situation, the lady, Kimberly, talked to the courier, confirmed all that, and I demanded a refund for the full amount, 678.95. She stated it would be done, I asked for e-mail confirmation of the amount, it was sent within the hour. On the 1st of April, I was only refunded 558.95, not 678.95. I called them again, was told that I was still charged shipping as I refused delivery, he even told me to drive to the couriers warehouse two hours away and pick it up myself for 50 dollars off. I explained that they were obligated to refund my full amount as it was confirmed, and he rudely told me he could not, would not do it. I have e-mail confirmation of one amount to be refunded, but no communication that the amount would be changed upon the actual refund. I feel they still owe me 120 dollars.
