I've got the email from Harden Healthcare Services PLC from Lynn Harris today. They used my info that was posted on CareerBuilder.com. It seems that the similar emails were sent to the number of people. It looks very suspicious because receiving 10% for cashing checks and sending funds to another account just a way to "generous" compensation for this kind of service. It looks more like "money laundering" which is completely illegal. Here is email:

The $1,000 salary will be sent to you in form of a cashier check. The job opening is that of a Representative within the US. The today'ssituation on the financial market requires us to open and fill several ofthese job positions within our company.
