I ordered a pair of Cole Haan shoes from http://www.prada-famousbrand.com/ The shoes are from two year old collection, so it is very difficult to find them anywhere. I was very happy that I found them on this site, but my joy didn’t last long. After two weeks since the day of my order I am still waiting for my purchase. The shoes were never shipped even though my paypal account was debited. I send multiple emails to the store, got no answer. There is no phone number published on the web site, so it’s impossible to get in touch with them. A couple of days ago I informed paypal and open a claim, paypal told me that if I don’t receive a tracking number before April 7, they will credit my account. Still waiting. Very disappointed by prada-famousbrand.com!!!
