I was looking for tickets for a concert on www.craigslist.org. I recieved an email on March 20, 2012 saying that I could purchase two of the tickets for $100. The name was Menda Lechiara, the email was [email protected], the number was (Personal Info Removed). This person lives in Buffalo, NY. He showed me 'proof' that he had the tickets and texted me a picture of the place he ordered it. I believed it after he sent the picture. I asked if I could send the check, but he kept saying he wants it on Western Union and kept calling me making sure I sent it. I finally went out and sent the money, and then I kept calling him so he could send me the tickets, but his phone was off.
This was a complete scam, and this person is doing fraud which is illegal.
And whats suspicous is, I thought it was a woman at first..But whenever he called me about the money it was a man.
