I order a sample only. I sent back the second package and wrote return to sender and wrote cancel on it. They should of honored this and never did. I called them on March 31,2012 and I told them to cancel and they refuse to cancel. Then took over 200 dollars out of my account now card. Iam on a fix income. I receive SSI only. I'm unable to pay any of my bills this month rent, electric, etc.
They don't seem to care. The represenative continued to argue with me not giving me a yes or no answer about not be able to pay by bills and I will be late.
He refused to give me my money back and is telling me he will give me a charge for something. Why am I getting cgarge for refusel packages that I sent back and for cancelation and these people will not cancel my order even after he told me I have to call in. I did call in and the represenative still refuses to and took a large amount of money from me. Please help me and tell me what can be done about this. Was I scammed.
