On 10.29/11, I ordered free trials from Nue Science and Auravie pursuant to an offer from Consumer Hottips. I was to pay only S&H of $4.95. However, when I received my Jan. statement, I discovered that I had been charged $97.88 in Nov. I contacted Auravie to complain, and was informed at that time that I was suppose to cancel within 15 days, or be charged for the cost of the products, and directed me to their website. I informed them their was that the cancellation policy was notonthe website nor in the confirmation e-mail I received. I also found out that another shipment had been sent. I returned this shipment on 1/21/12 by USPS, but discovered on my Feb billing that I had been charged another $97.88. However, this time the charge showed up under DMA. The earlier charge was listed as LifeStyle. Therefore, I didn't readily identify the charge.
