Docudesk advertised a PDF maker program that works on Mac Computers. Purchased program in October 2011 that never worked. Have emailed company 15 times in 5 months. Company keeps singing same song, they will have the tech department look into this and will get back with me. No-body ever gets back with me... If others have experienced this with problem with Docudesk please file a written complaint to help others.

- Docudesks PDF creator does not shrink the pdf file. What good is this? Every Mac and Windows computer comes with there own PDF creator that creates pdf files. What we expected was a pdf creator that would shrink the file without loosing quality for email purpose without having to purchase the adobe product which will shrink the file when making pdf formats. I don't think Docudesk should be advertising a pdf creator if there product will not shrink the file for emailing. Lastly, Docudesk did provide a refund. Thank you Scambook...
