I was left at a hotel with my son by my husband. he left to live with another woman( if you can even call her that! shes more manly then him) but anyhow i ended stayibg at california suites that place was horrid so my mom found homestead studio suites at 365 a week 65 a day so 2 weeks later i make a reservation on line at 79.00 a night and normally if u pay online its a set price it even sais so on there website. everyday was different prices its now up to 95.00 a day. i even paid 8 days in advance and 7 days in andvance. these were my charges. the first time i told the lady (it was on a tuesday) that i want to pay for 7 days she said ok and was charget 510 i asked her i thought if you stay a week its cheaper like 365 she shaid oh no not anymore that was just for febuary. whatever so i went ahead and paid for 7 days i said well see you tuesday(next tuesday) come saterday i get a phone call stating i need to pay for today. i was like what? i told them i paid for 7 days and they said so much mumble crap i didnt understand so i paid then sunday came and told the lady i wasnt supposed to pay until tuesday but she seemed not all there. i just decided to talk to the manager on monday. so i told her i wanted to pay for 8 days which meant i was to check out on tuesday because todays sunday i was to pay for 8 days 7 days was to be checked out on monday morning. follow me? anyhow saterday came and said if i am checking out i said no i paid until monday so i went downstairs and the manager was there and he said no your paid until u check out sunday i said to him sir i paid 510 for 7 days last week and i still got screwed and i didnt say anything now i paid 590 for 8 days and now your telling me i didnt pay he said well maybe she ( the girl) didnt do it right like pretty much telling me what i already knew that she was a airhead and that i have to suck it up. (so much for the customers always right) well i have just been paying daily i have had money on my card no problem well i lost my card on wed and i went to get a copy of my charges cause the night before i told them i am checking out so i need to do a late check out. but instead they charged me. but nonot for that dat oh no they said i owe for the day before. i said i paid the day before. i even had a copy of my charges where it said amount purchased. n everyday before that said i purchased a room well now they said oh no its for 2 days prior so how does that make sence?? i paid for wedsday butdid not pay for tuesday? now today i havent paid since sunday. they are asking me to pay a balance of 295 plus and i gave hime the papers showing i paid but low and behold there papers dont say that. oh and on top of it i showed them where the company first pre authorizes 97.00 before they charge the fee your to be charged then they give thatnback n then charges you the real fee. i showed them this and they looked like what? thinking i typed this up myself. so i showed them that if the pre auth does go through then it means above where it sais 85.45 (something like that amount) next to it it sais purchased am0unt. not denied or anything in that nature
so ni am still here we have nowhere to go and out of money. i know tomorrow if i do not pay im on the streets. they have totally scammed me. do not ever stay at homestead hotel in sorrento mesa! read there reviews first people have had problems like this before!
