I, too, keep getting collection calls, invoices, faxes and threats of legal action from the Public Yellow Pages. Very rude calls that play a recording of my employee "verifying" our company address and phone number. They confuse her by thinking she is simply verifying the listing information and then use it to say she signed a verbal contract for the listing. Now, they keep calling and threaten to turn this over to their legal team. How can we get them to stop harassing my company and employees?
