I was contacted on my cell phone about receiving a $100 Walmart Gift Card and that I had ordered magazines through their service. They told me that $39.90 was set to come out of my bank account for 30 months. I told them I did not remember ordering any magazines and that I had not received a Walmart gift card. I had a terrible time understanding the gentleman (he told me his name was Phillip Jones). He even called me back to hopefully get better reception. He gave me the number of 800 589 4978 (unable to reach from my area code). The number listed on my cell phone was 678 935 7298 (no longer in service). He then said they would send me out information to stop these payments. He said I would receive the gift card in 5-7 days and the information in 7-10 days. I have not received either of them. I contacted my bank this morning to stop any further payments from going through. Hopefully this will happen!
