I have made an order to the value of $189.00 over a month ago and still have not received my goods. The tracking number that this so called Lucy has given me, does not register with any of the postal companies they say they use. Every time I write to complain they give me vague answers and Lucy says that she will give me a new tracking number soon. Be patient she says. I don't know how much more patient I can be. I now see, that other people on this forum have had similar experiences with Lucy, and sadly like me have never received any goods. I am upset with myself as I am usually very careful where I shop online. The bottom line is, a DO NOT BUY FROM PANDORAUSTRALIA.CHARM.COM. THEY ARE A FRAUD. I just hope that I can stop other people from being ripped off. By the way this company is not Australian at all. They are actually based in china.

    I am very upset as I placed my order on the 11th March. You said it was posted on the 19th March. The tracking number you have given me is not recognized by any of the postal services you use. Your website says that delivery will be 5 - 10 days but it has been much longer than that. I have spent a lot of money and have not received anything yet. Do you know where my items are? The tracking number you gave me is EE681688235CN, but none of the postal services recognize this number when when I enter it in. When I have written to ask you about what is going on with my order, you don't give me very good answers. Can you please write to me straight away and tell me why this has happened as I am very upset. Simone

I have tried to track it on the parcel force website and the Australia Post website and they don't seem to know my tracking number or the status of where the parcel is.
