Today March 29, 2012 I received a phone call from a collection agent by the name of Caroline James who claims we owe public yellow pages for an online listing authorized in November of 2011. Immediately I shot them down by telling her I would never agree to an online listing and she then played a recording for me in which I simply say yes and no but the recording seems manipulated. I am 100% sure they took my yes and no answers and then added parts where they mention that they will be billing us for $599.99. Now they claim they have been sending us invoices (which we have never received) and saying we need to pay them immediately. I told her I would look into it but instead I did some research online and found that this company is indeed a SCAM. I filed a complaint with BBB, Federal Trade Commission and the State Attorney's office. I read an online article which states they will threaten you with false attorneys and threaten to ruin your credit. Someone needs to put a stop to these people!
